While this isn’t a political blog and I don’t like to write about politics I can’t help this sense of impending doom that I know millions of people are feeling in this country and throughout the world. It’s a similar feeling many dystopian science fiction films try to convey. Here are five science fiction settings as depicted in literature, film, and television that seem like they could be more opposite fiction than alternate fact.
