2016! A new year and a new bunch of films to watch and review! That was until I started a business which lead to me working 30 days in a row and averaging 11 hours a day. Such things meant not much time or energy for trips to the cinemas, let alone writing reviews. The Revenant I actually watched a few weeks back, but with a sweet sweet day off at the moment, means I can finally get around to writing a review for this rather intense film experience.
I knew very little about the film going in, and maybe knew more about the making of it rather than the story line itself.
